To Whom It may Concern,
I am writing to highly recommend Farouk Herze with Takalanea Linguistic Services, whom I have known and studied with for a year now.
I first met Farouk when I went to Tunisia to meet my fiance’s family. I did not speak any Arabic or French so I realized I would need Arabic and fast. Farouk is extremely passionate about languages. He also understands the differences in culture and explains it well through language. I learnt so much about the Arabic culture because of Farouk’s explanations of the use of words and cultural inuendo’s. At first we did all our classes in my home in Tunis, and later we decided to try on skype to see if i would like to continue from a distance when I came back to Canada. I really like the classes on skype as it pushes me to learn more through listening skills, reading and writing which are easier to skip by when I am face to face with Farouk.
Farouk is patient, as well as focused on my personal desires to study. He focuses the classes around the topics which I use in my life and due to his thoughtfulness has allowed me to bond deeply with my in-laws.
Because of Farouk I have a desire to know Arabic better, to learn more. I truly believe in whatever you study the teacher will be the deciding factor as to whether you enjoy your class or not. Farouk has passion, and makes Arabic very easy to learn.
I am pleased to recommend Farouk both in person or online.

Sincerely yours,
